Jennie Lee Kuller (Kuller) appeals from a district court judgment awarding expert witness fees to Sandie Jean Ganje (Ganje). Kuller raises a single issue on appeal.

Kuller contends that the district court abused its discretion by awarding $1200.00 in expert witness fees to Ganje. After reviewing the facts of this case and the appropriate statutory and procedural guidelines which direct us, we affirm the district court's award of expert witness fees pursuant to Rule 35.1(a)(4), North Dakota Rules of Appellate Procedure.
