Per Curiam.
Marlene F. Moderow appeals contending that the trial court's valuation and division of marital property were clearly erroneous. We affirm under Rule 35.1(a)(2), NDRAppP. We also deny Gerald A. Moderow's motion for Rule 38, NDRAppP, damages and attorney's fees. Costs under Rule 39, NDRAppP, are awarded to Gerald.
