Per Curiam.
Bruce Kelsch appealed from a summary judgment in favor of the North Dakota Department of Agriculture ordering him to pay $20,000.00 for unpaid civil penalties pursuant to an agreement between Kelsch and the Department. The summary judgment is supported by the record; we affirm under Rule 35.1(a)(6), NDRAppP.
