Emma Nitschke (Nitschke) appeals from the county court's decision which denied recovery on her claim for past cash rent she was allegedly due under her father's last will and testament, executed in 1959.
After reviewing the briefs and record in this case, we agree with the findings of the county court and affirm its decision in accordance with Rule 35.1(a)(2), N.D.R.App.P.
