North Star Partners v. St. CroixCivil No. 11255

Meschke, Justice.

St. Croix rented a mobile home lot from North Star Partners (North Star), which he in turn rented to another tenant, and North Star sued him for expenses incurred in repairing the sewer line for that lot. The trial court found that the sewer problem was caused by the negligence of St. Croix or his renter and awarded North Star $1,144.03. St. Croix's appeal challenges findings regarding negligence and causation. The judgment is affirmed under Rule 35.1(a)(2), N.D.R.App.P.
