Ramsey National Bank & Trust v. Bye Civil No. 930246

Per Curiam.

Duane and Marjorie Bye appeal from a judgment awarding $26,575.86 to Ramsey National Bank and Trust Company of Devils Lake, and the Bank cross-appeals. The trial court found that Duane owed the Bank $16,174.00, plus interest at six percent, on a personal loan, and that the Bank failed to prove Bye was personally liable for the debt of Lake Region Grain, Inc. The court also determined there was no basis for calculating interest on Duane's debt at a rate other than six percent. See N.D.C.C. 47-14-05. We affirm under Rule 35.1(a)(2), N.D.R.App.P.
