Eric J. Knudsen and Dann G. Knudsen, as personal representatives of the Estate of Jerry M. Knudsen, appeal from a judgment which awarded compensation to Esko E. Ranta for legal services provided to the estate. The Knudsens also appeal from the order of the county court denying their motion for a new trial. The judgment and order denying new trial are affirmed under Rule 35.1(a)(2) and (4), N.D.R.App.P.
