Per Curiam.
Kurt Schar appeals from an amended judgment granting his former spouse, Sally Schar, custody of the parties' two minor children. Kurt Schar argues the trial court's custody decision is clearly erroneous. We affirm the trial court under Rule 35.1(a)(2), N.D.R.App.P.
