Vern Schiff appeals from a district court judgment affirming an order by the Workers' Compensation Bureau that the Bureau's rehabilitation plan complied with chapter 65-05.1, N.D.C.C., and that Schiff was not in compliance with that plan. We affirm under Schiff v. North Dakota Workers Compensation Bureau, 480 N.W.2d 732 (N.D. 1992), Beckler v. North Dakota Workers Compensation Bureau, 418 N.W.2d 770 (N.D. 1988), and Rule 35.1(a)(5) and (7), N.D.R.App.P.
