State: North Dakota
Docket No: 920220CA
Case Date: 12/17/1992

Schultz v. North Dakota Workers' Compensation BureauCivil No. 920220CA

Per Curiam.

LeRoy Schultz appealed from a district court judgment affirming an order of the North Dakota Workers' Compensation Bureau denying Schultz' claim for benefits for a work-related heart attack, on the ground that the heart attack was not precipitated by unusual stress. The decision of the North Dakota Supreme Court in Grace v. North Dakota Workmen's Compensation Bureau, 395 N.W.2d 576 (N.D. 1986) is dispositive of this appeal. The judgment is affirmed under N.D.R.App.P., 35.1(a)(5) and (7).
