Skaro v. State Civil No. 930039
Per Curiam.
Peter M. Skaro appeals an order summarily denying post-conviction relief from his conviction for gross sexual imposition. Skaro asks for a remand for an evidentiary hearing on his claims of newly discovered evidence and ineffective assistance of counsel.
We considered similar contentions by Skaro before in State v. Skaro, 474 N.W.2d 711 (N.D. 1991). Nothing really new appears here. Accordingly, we affirm under NDRAppP 35.1(a)(6) and (7).
