James Milligan appealed from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of the crime of theft of property pursuant to Sections 12.1-23-02 and 12.1-23-05, N.D.C.C. Milligan contends that there was insufficient evidence to support the jury's verdict of guilty. We affirm the judgment under Rule 35.1(a)(3), N.D.R.App.P.
