Gary A. Stibbe sued his parents, Donald F. and Mary Ann Stibbe, for $44,400,000.00 for the parents' alleged negligence in handling the parents' land. The district court dismissed the action.
We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(1).
