Tharp v. Job Service of North Dakota, et al. Civil No. 930200
Per Curiam.
Travis Tharp appealed from a district court judgment affirming the decision by Job Service of North Dakota that Tharp was disqualified from benefits, on a finding that Tharp was discharged from employment for reasons that constitute misconduct. The decision by Job Service is supported by a preponderance of the evidence in the record. We affirm under Rule 35.1(a)(5), N.D.R.App.P.
