Per Curiam.

Michael Thyberg appeals from a divorce judgment ordering him to pay Judy Thyberg spousal support and dividing the parties' marital estate, an order denying his motion to alter or amend the judgment, and an order awarding Judy Thyberg attorney fees for this appeal. The parties have stipulated to amend the judgment to strike language allowing interest to be compounded on a cash settlement to Judy Thyberg. See N.D.C.C. 28-20-34. We direct the trial court to amend the judgment to strike the language authorizing interest to be compounded, and, as amended, we affirm under Rule 35.1(a)(2) and (4), N.D.R.App.P.

Affirmed as amended.
