Ryan Westgard appealed from a district court judgment of divorce which awarded custody of the parties' minor children to Denise Westgard, distributed the property of the parties, and required Ryan to pay child support. Ryan contends on appeal that the district court's findings of fact on property distribution, child custody, and child support are clearly erroneous. We affirm the judgment pursuant to Rule 35.1(a)(2), N.D.R.App.P.
