To establish a knowing violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Section 227, Title 47, U.S.Code, for an award of treble damages, a plaintiff must prove only that the defendant knew that it acted or failed to act in a manner that violated the statute, not that the defendant knew that the conduct constituted a violation of law
