BRYANT, P.J.  On November 3, 1998, the Hancock County Grand Jury issued a nine-count indictment against appellant, Yul J. Lee (a.k.a. Willie C. Lee, III). Counts one through three were for Aggravated Robbery, violations of R.C. 2911.01(A)(1), counts four through six were for Kidnapping, violations of R.C. 2905.01(A)(2), and counts seven through nine were for Felonious Assault, violations of R.C. 2903.11(A)(2).
