The State of Ohio appeals from the dismissal of theft and falsification charges against William Tyndall.  The trial court dismissed the charges due to its determination that the State had failed to bring Tyndall to trial within thirty days of his arrest.  For the
reasons that follow, we will reverse the judgment of dismissal.
A.
