Plaintiffs appealed the Department of Revenue's forest products harvest tax
assessment for the 1999 tax year.
During the course of this appeal the Department of Revenue acknowledged the
claims of the Pickings and revised its assessment. The agency has refunded the
overpayment. There is no more relief for the court to give. Now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this appeal is dismissed as
moot.
