DECISION OF DISMISSAL

This matter is before the court on its own motion to dismiss for want of prosecution. On April 9, 2007, Plaintiff Pamela G. Raymond contacted the court. She requested that the case management conference scheduled for May 1, 2007, be cancelled because Plaintiffs were satisfied with the refund received from the Department of Revenue. Court staff requested that Plaintiffs submit a written withdrawal to the court. On May 1, 2007, court staff contacted Plaintiff Stephen M. Raymond to remind Plaintiffs to submit a written withdrawal of the appeal.
