Angelo Scott (Claimant), pro se, petitions for review of an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board), which affirmed the Unemployment Compensation Referee's (Referee) decision denying him benefits under Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law).1 The Board found Claimant ineligible for benefits because he violated Samuels & Sons Seafood Company's (Employer) policy prohibiting insubordination and failed to establish good cause for his actions.
