The Borough of Glenolden (Employer) petitions for review of the order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board), which reversed the referee's decision and determined that under Section 402(b), as well as Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law), Sabine Kerstetter (Claimant) was eligible for benefits because she did not voluntarily leave her employment and Employer did not prove willful misconduct.1 We affirm the Board.
