Clapper (Claimant) petitions, pro se, for review of the order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board), dated April 23, 2009, which dismissed Claimant's appeal from the referee's decision as untimely, pursuant to Section 502 of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law). 1 We affirm. Initially, Claimant filed a claim for unemployment
