This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County following Appellant's convictions on the charges of aggravated assault1 as to Kevin McNeil and aggravated assault and possession of an instrument of crime2 as to Lawrence Miller. Appellant's sole contention is the evidence was insufficient to sustain his conviction for aggravated assault as to Lawrence Miller.3 We affirm.
