At issue in this appeal is whether the PCRA1 court erred in ordering the Commonwealth to produce all data in its custody, including the prosecuting attorney's notes, related to the racial composition of the jury in Appellee William Tilley's murder trial. For the reasons that follow, we reverse. Appellee was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to death in 1987.2 In 1996, Appellee filed a pro se PCRA petition, which was amended by court-appointed counsel.
