OPINION BY SENIOR JUDGE KELLEY

Earl Williams (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed an order of a Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ). The WCJ's order granted the petition of USX Corporation-Fairless Works and USX Corporation (collectively, Employer) to modify Claimant's compensation benefits under the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act (Act).1 We affirm. Claimant was injured in the course and scope of his work for Employer on February 20, 1990, in which he suffered injuries to his neck, back, and shoulders. Claimant thereafter filed a Claim Petition seeking benefits under
