MEMORANDUM OPINION BY JUDGE PELLEGRINI FILED: October 21, 2009
Guido Palumbo (Claimant) appeals pro se from an order of the
Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) affirming the
determination of the Referee that he is ineligible for unemployment compensation
benefits under Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law)1
because he was terminated from his job for willful misconduct.
