MEMORANDUM Petitioners in this action are Robert Powell ("Robert") and Paul Powell ("Paul") (collectively, the "Powells"), brothers, who were each convicted of first-degree murder, among other charges, in the homicide of Roy Myran. Each brother was sentenced to life in prison after a bench trial in the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. Before us are the petitioners' objections to the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation of June 18, 2007, regarding their petitions for writs of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C.
