No. 1582 C.D. 2011 Submitted: February 3, 2012

HONORABLE BONNIE BRIGANCE LEADBETTER, Judge HONORABLE MARY HANNAH LEAVITT, Judge HONORABLE JAMES GARDNER COLINS, Senior Judge

OPINION NOT REPORTED MEMORANDUM OPINION BY JUDGE LEAVITT FILED: April 5, 2012

Robert Russell (Claimant), pro se, petitions for review of an adjudication of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) denying his application for benefits for the reason that Claimant had voluntarily terminated his employment and, thus, was ineligible under Section 402(b) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law).1 In doing so, the Board reversed the Referee. Claimant contends that the record shows that he was laid off. Discerning no error in the Board's decision, we affirm.
