The Defendant, Luke B. Cole, was convicted by a jury of second degree murder in the shooting death of David Burson.  The trial court sentenced the Defendant as a Range I, violent offender to twenty years incarceration.  In this appeal as of right, the Defendant contends that the trial court erred in ruling admissible certain photographs of the victim; that the trial court erred in admitting certain rebuttal evidence submitted by the State; and that his sentence is excessive.  Finding no reversible error in the Defendant
