No. E2000-01952-CCA-R3-CD August 7, 2001 The defendant, Stephen Michael Ware,1 pled guilty to driving under the influence (third offense), driving on a revoked license (second offense), felony evading arrest, resisting arrest and felony failure to appear. The plea agreement provided for consecutive sentences of one year each for felony evading arrest and felony failure to appear.
