The appellant, Timothy D. Prince, was indicted by the Williamson County Grand Jury for one count of possession of marijuana.  Prior to trial, the appellant filed a motion to suppress the evidence.  The trial court denied the motion and found the appellant guilty of possession of marijuana after a bench trial.
