OPINION The defendant, Richard D. Sawyer, was convicted of driving under the influence, third offense, and driving on a revoked license, second offense. The trial court imposed concurrent sentences of eleven months and twenty-nine days for driving under the influence and ninety days for driving on a revoked license. See Tenn. Code Ann.
