OPINION

On May 1, 1995, the appellant, Vincent Gerrard Overton, pled guilty in the Circuit Court of Madison County to one count of aggravated burglary, a class C felony, one count of theft of property, a class E felony, one count of vandalism, a count A misdemeanor, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor.
