When the trial court entered its divorce decree, husband, who was in prison in another state, was representing himself. Husband asserts that the trial court erred because it lacked personal jurisdiction over him and lacked subject matter jurisdiction in this matter. We have concluded that husband waived the personal jurisdiction issue. However, because the trial court failed to rule on husband's pending motions before adjudicating the divorce, we vacate and remand. Tenn. R. No children were born of the marriage. Wife filed a petition for divorce in the Montgomery County Chancery Court on January 11, 2007, alleging four grounds for divorce: irreconcilable differences pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann.
