DISMISS; Opinion Filed December 17, 2009.

In The Court of Appeals Fifth District of Texas at Dallas ............................ No. 05-09-00520-CR ............................ CARLOS RAMIREZ PENA, Appellant V. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee ............................................................. On Appeal from the 283rd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F03-34084-T ............................................................. MEMORANDUM OPINION Before Justices FitzGerald, Murphy, and Myers Carlos Ramirez Pena pleaded guilty to delivery of cocaine in an amount of 400 grams or more and true to one enhancement paragraph. Pursuant to a plea agreement, the trial court assessed punishment at thirty years' imprisonment and a $4000 fine. The trial court's rule 25.2(d) certification of appellant's right to appeal, which states the case involves a plea bargain and appellant has no right to appeal, is supported by the record. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex. Crim. App. 2005). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction. PER CURIAM Do Not Publish Tex. R. App. P. 47 090520F.U05
