From the County Court at Law No. 1 Johnson County, Texas Trial Court No. C200600339 MEMORANDUM Opinion

Dale Grotjohn filed a notice of appeal from a judgment in favor of Chase Home Finance. The Clerk of this Court notified Grotjohn by letter that the trial court clerk s record has not been filed because Grotjohn had not paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk s fee. Our Clerk warned Grotjohn that if, within 21 days from the date of the letter, he failed to pay or make arrangements to pay for the trial court clerk s fee and notify this Court of the actions taken, this appeal will be dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). The Clerk also notified Grotjohn by letter that the docketing statement had not been filed, and warned him that to prevent dismissal, the docketing statement must be filed within 21 days from the date of the letter. More than 21 days have passed, and we have not been notified that Grotjohn has paid or made arrangements to pay the clerk s fee for the clerk s record. Further, we have not received the docketing statement from Grotjohn. This appeal is dismissed. TOM GRAY Chief Justice Before Chief Justice Gray, Justice Vance, and
