The parties ask that we vacate the trial court's judgment without reference to the merits and render a judgment dismissing the cause with prejudice. The parties have agreed that each party will bear its own costs. We grant the motion. The judgment of the trial court is vacated without regard to the merits and judgment is rendered dismissing the cause with prejudice. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(A).
