MEMORANDUM OPINION

This case was docketed in this court on June 7, 1993, on Appellee's motion to dismiss the appeal because of a defective bond. Appellant responded by stating that he was trying to obtain a proper bond. On August 11 Appellee's motion to dismiss was denied. To date, Appellant has neither filed a record nor a motion for an extension of time to file the record, and more than 135 days have elapsed since the judgment was signed on April 21, 1993. Because we can no longer entertain any motion for an extension of time, this case is dismissed. See Tex. R. App. P. 54. PER CURIAM
