Relator, Dentistry of Brownsville, P.C., filed a petition for writ of mandamus in the above cause on May 13, 2013, requesting that we direct the trial court to enter an order granting relator's motion to abate premised on the alleged failure of real parties in interest to serve presuit notice under the Texas Medical Liability Act.
