AFFIRMED

Jason Medina was convicted by a jury of possession of a firearm by a felon and sentenced to twenty years imprisonment.  Medina asserts three issues on appeal, contending: (1) the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress; (2) the omission of an Article 38.23 instruction from the jury charge resulted in egregious harm; and (3) trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance of counsel.  We overrule Medina
