Jones filed a notice of appeal. The trial court certified that this is a plea-bargain case, that the defendant has waived his right to appeal, and that the defendant has no right of appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 25.2(a)(2). The parties were notified that the appeal would be dismissed unless the appellant established grounds for continuing the appeal. No response has been filed. We dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 25.2(d).
