MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Moseley, FitzGerald, and Richter
Opinion By Justice Moseley
Jerry Wayne Jones filed petitions for writ of habeas corpus
seeking reduction of his pretrial bonds. The trial judge denied relief,
and these appeals followed. We have adopted the trial court's finding
that appellant has been convicted of the charged offenses. Because
appellant has now been convicted, he is no longer subject to pretrial
confinement, making the appeals moot. See Martinez v. State, 826 S.W.2d
620, 620 (Tex. Crim. App. 1992); Taylor v. State, 676 S.W.2d 135, 136
(Tex. Crim. App. 1984) (per curiam). We dismiss the appeals for want of
jurisdiction.
