Appellant Shane Donovan Keys was charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.  He pleaded guilty and a jury assessed punishment at 25 years in prison and a $7,500 fine.  Appellant raises two issues on appeal arguing that the trial court abused its discretion when it overruled appellant
