MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellant, Lisa Betty Lombrana, pled guilty in open court to possession of heroin in an amount of four grams or more but less than two hundred grams with intent to deliver in a drug- free zone1 and was sentenced by a jury to fifteen years confinement and a $15,000 fine.  In two issues, Appellant asserts (1) the trial court erred by failing to instruct the jury that they could recommend community supervision and still impose a fine while incorrectly instructing

suspended as well, and (2) the district clerk
