MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Bridges, Francis, and Lang
Opinion By Justice Lang
By letter dated March 12, 2012, the Court notified appellant the
Dallas County Clerk had informed us that the clerk's record had been
prepared but appellant had not paid for the record. We directed
appellant to provide the Court, within ten days, either verification
appellant had paid for the clerk's record or that appellant was entitled
to proceed without payment for the record. We cautioned appellant that
failure to provide such verification might result in dismissal of the
appeal. To date, appellant has not provided verification the clerk's
record has been paid for or that appellant
is entitled to proceed without payment, or otherwise communicated with
the Court.
Therefore, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P.
42.3(b),(c).
