Case No. 990968-CA

F I L E D
February 17, 2000

Second District, Ogden Department The Honorable Parley R. Baldwin
Attorneys: Christopher P. Nevarez, Draper, Appellant Pro Se Jan Graham and Laura B. Dupaix, Salt Lake City, for Appellee
Before Judges Greenwood, Jackson, and Billings.
PER CURIAM:
A notice of appeal must "be filed with the clerk of the trial court within 30 days after the date of entry of the judgment or order appealed from." Utah R. App. P. 4(a). The order Nevarez seeks to appeal was entered on September 3, 1999. His notice of appeal was not filed until October 13, 1999, more than 30 days later.
Because Nevarez's notice of appeal was late, we do not have jurisdiction to consider his appeal and have no alternative but to dismiss it.
The appeal is dismissed.
