Appellant appeals from a decision of the trial court finding him guilty of statutory burglary. Appellant contends he could not be convicted of statutory burglary of a residence, in which he was living, which was subject to an unlawful detainer action and which he was in the process of vacating, when, before he could finish vacating, the landlord changed the locks and took possession thereof contrary to statute. Finding no error, we affirm appellant
