MEMORANDUM DECISION This appeal with accompanying record, filed by counsel Christopher J. Prezioso, arises from the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, wherein petitioner was sentenced to five to twentyfive years incarceration, but was placed on probation for five years and ordered to register as a sex offender for life in lieu of serving this sentence in prison.
